Happy vegan wednesday! Joaca de-a raw continua :) Mult asteptata branzica de caju, delicioasa, aromata. Am savurat-o in gradina, intr-o dimineata insorita de primavara… Cu painica Wasa si o super salata. Daca a doua zi, la micul dejun, sotul meu a intrebat de branzica de caju, inseamna ca i-a placut foarte mult. Yupppiiiiii! Din pacate, nu mai aveam pentru ziua non vegana… Ce nepregatita am fost :) Reteta este extrem de simpla, trebuie numai putina rabdare. Urmeaza o branzica de migdale. Cred ca sunt nelimitate posibilitatile de a te juca in domeniul branzica raw… Cate arome, cate uleiuri, cate tipuri de seminte, cate alune, nuci… Abia astept.
PS: ce am observat eu pe parcursul micutei mele experiente vegane de pana acum: senzatia de satietate vine mai repede, daca mesele sunt balansate (legume, alune, nuci, seminte etc) nu simti nevoia de snack-uri la fel de des, nu te balonezi, esti mai alert si, surprinzator, chiar plin de energie… Sa vedem mai departe :)
Diseara am planificat un curry de tofu cu mazare verde si spanac… Mmmmm, abia astept ♥

250 g caju, pastrate in apa rece (peste noapte)
120 ml apa rece + 3 lg ulei de masline + 50 – 60 ml suc de lamaie + 2 catei usturoi
sare, piper proaspat macinat
frunzulite de cimbru verde (6-7 ramurele)

Amestecam in blender caju, apa rece, suc de lamaie, usturoi, ulei de masline, frunzulite de cimbru, sare, piper, pana obtinem o crema densa. Verificam gustul, asezonam. Daca este nevoie, putem adauga mai multa lamaie. Punem crema astfel obtinuta la scurs (intr-un tifon, strecuratoare densa, panza), peste noapte, la frigider.

Transferam branzica intr-un castronel, verificam gustul. Daca este nevoie, mai adaugam sare, piper, cimbru verde.

O sa incerc si eu , cand ma intorc din Romania, sa experimentez putin in domeniul raw vegan. Sunt super curioasa, abia astept. Pozele tale sunt tot mai frumoase pe zi ce trece, btw. :)
